    haha not that serious la ,its all about location althou the archictecture and landscape design no "wow" factor but still consider a nice place.....

    Have you people went there recently? The cove lights are up and its landscape is really pretty. Can't wait for the TOP!
    Yes u are right there are small trees, but its has grown bigger now..
    If you want privacy its more effective to use curtains/blinds...
    Stacks near the main road and track should be pretty noisy, however, looking the at COE price it sure bring some comfort to stay near the MRT.

    Haha like that call nice ?the lighting (daylight)at the pillar spoil the atmosphere ...Maybe I got high expectation...

    the white wall seem uneven and look dirty ,not sure will they give 2nd coat ?

    yes i think will be pretty noisy but those high floor unit got distance seaview ...i heard TOP will be ard jun or july ...

    Oh yah i know that light, to me its better cos i prefer brightness. Its good they brighten the place. Previously Savannah its nice but too dark, however, really like a safari.

    Were u looking to buy Optima thats why u were there? Care to share which condo you have bought?

    For sale advert are as high as $1,400+ /psf, and heard that sellers/agents will be adjusting the asking prices to $1500/$1600 /psf soon... waw!

    Half truth, that 1400 is for a 1 mm unit and in the market for months with no takers...

    Indeed one unit was asking for 1500psf

    Well last transact (exclude mm) was at around 1000-1100 so let's see any carrot head

    I spoke to the construction foreman, they need to hand over the project to developer by this week. There is still some minor touch up on the facet and the entrance area.
    The actual inspection by developer will be 1- 2 months.
    Likely June owners should get their keys.

    I think got 5 to 6 studio already transacted > 1.4k psf. After TOP, should hit beyond 1.5k psf. Good location but design so so only. But who cares if got good rental anyway.

    Except for MM, last few tnxs are generally between 1000-1100psf

    The MM unit asking for 1400 had been in the mkt for many mths and not moving

    I just went over to Optima. The condo name is already up. There's a water feature and illuminated staircase at the grand entrance. Noticed there's surveillance cameras around the project for extra sercurity.
    Pretty good extra facilities for a project with only less than 300 units on such a good location.
