Not surprisingly. My friend's studio already made 250k if he were to sell at 730k (last transacted 735k mid floor). He is looking closer to 800k instead. So a 3 bedroom would have made 500k.

May not be able to see such quantum increase in prices compared to 2008/2998 period after all the CMs.

Very good rental! Add a few hundred more at 3.5k can get a 2 bedder instead with more space?

I was there at the pool, sound is minimal. I hardly notice there's trains passing by.
When trains approach stations, sound is greatly minimized.
U should go around the area and be the judge

Haven't been to optima but did visit a friend at Trumps before ... Was expecting his mrt station facing unit to be v noisy but surprisingly it's not at all.. I guess the theory on trains approaching/ leaving station at lower noise level is true

Hmm.. That's good. Thicker glass is quality and good for any project.
Keep out sound in urban city.
    Keep room cool too?

    Viewed 3units over the weekend
    1 3-bedder, 12-bedder – all pool facing, 1 PH – MRT facing.

    Obervations :
    - nice carpark, near to MRT station.

    - Super huge patio for ground floor, ie, much lesser space for the residents as common areas

    - Very few trees and plants

-Can forget those track facing units, too noisy from the trains and buses

-Poor workmanship : eg forgot to install wallrobe, big gaps between the tiles, and the gaps are not well filed, U can feel the gaps when walking on it.

-Can u believe, the common bathroom for the PH, floor to ceiling is all deep dark black tiles..first time I saw this. Too many scratches in the bedrooms. (the SP tagged till I lost count)

-For the lift lobby, granite marble as floor, and white marble with line as wall, very unmatching

    -Quality : so so

-Facilities : so so, it is more towards under provision of pools and facilities. Above ground pool with glass, so, no monkey business in the water. I feel there is no much of privacy for this sort of so-called infinity pool. A proper infinity pool is like the one at MBS.

-Kitchen for the PH is too small. Moreover, it is an external staircase to the roof terrace. I cannot image when it rains, I suppose rain water will get into the unit.

    Overallgrading : With MRT location : 5/10
If it is not near to MRT : 4/10

    Please don't fire if u don't agree...
this is just an assessment from me....I state what I see

I went viewed Eco. Layout is bad for fengshui so nono for own stay. Facilities and furnishings looks good just like any other FEO project. No matter what additional facilities Eco can add, is to make up what it is lacking. Eg facing HDB sitting on bedok south claiming to be near tanah merah.
No wonder Optima is more expensive. Have foresight, pay more for better location.
I so envy those kids who have rich parents. If I got the money i want to buy one for my kid too. But if only he more capable to buy his own.

Laguna last word at Eco's thread :
'I have already earned the respect of others, and there is no need for me to show off at all.

YOU entitle to your own opinion, it does not bother me at all.'

The above is Laguna's last post at Eco's thread...don't know y he or she is still bothered by what ppl says abt Eco hor?

make peace? I nvr go into war in the first place.
it is good for everyone to share what/why bad..why u hv this negative thinking of "how one over blown his or her trumpet".

u so free no need to work or have no life ah....Of course, I work, and in fact work very hard, much harder than u, but I don't hv a salary to take home, that differentiates between u and me.
