    Default how long need to wait

    Anybody can advice if there is min occupation period before I can buy a condo after the resale HDB flat without any grant. Thanks.

    BTW, The resale HDB flat was in HDB concessionary interest rate loan

    Never take grant means can buy condo anytime.

    If take HDB loan then cannot sell HDB until 3 years up but still can buy condo anytime


    If take bank loan then can sell HDB after 1 year up.

    John, Thanks for your reply. So for my case with HDB loan, I have to live in the HDB flat for 3 years and rent out the private house within this 3 year's period. Am I right?
