Any good reccomendation for IDs or contractors

Anyone has any good recc for IDs? I need pretty extensive work on an OLD property purchased recently near Holland. Anyone has any recc, plse let me know.

Currently I have spoken to:

1) Unimax Creative (pretty good ideas, reasonable rates and service)
2) Project File (good service as well)

Has anyone used them? Any comments? Thanks!

I am also looking for an ID or carpentor.

From my friends' experience is that if you use contractor or carpentor instead of an ID, the cost is 20-30% lower. If you want, I can pm you 2 carpentor's
contact recommend by my friends.

Or you can go to this forum .... to check out some of the ID. I will be using carpentor most probably.
