Wow, thats fast, the basement level is taking shape. Progress seems faster than the Mezzo....I think both will TOP at around the same time.
Mezzo 1 blks vs 8@W - 3 blks, guess all owners will be excited over the progress, whatmore those that have a stake in both developments.
no lah cannot afford, considered mezzo but did not even go to showroom mainly because they only have 2 bedders then, although pricing was attractive.
