Was there a sub-sale done for #04-21? Saw in sine.com it was contracted only on 15 Oct at $980K.
I thought all units were sold out since July 09, but why there are still some units that are not lodge or only lodge in sine much later. Any timeframe for sine lodge? Anyone care to explain?
