    Nope, this unit is #12-03.

    It has a previous caveat lodged at $793k.
    This current caveat is for $800k.

    Guess it may be a sale between family members or interested parties. Basically it is transferring at cost price.

    Not possible for it to be a fire sale, cos if this unit is put up for sale even at 100k more, i.e. 900k, it wouldn't last more than a couple of days in the market before being snapped up. So seller has no reason to sell it at 800k otherwise.

    Main contract completion date is 27 June 2012, so hopefully can TOP before that!

    Passed by this evening and saw that there is a tent erected over the pool, is this for waterproofing . The unveiling has also started for blk 6

    Yup, saw the tent on Mon evening too! Works in progress on the pool, so need to protect from the weather, since its raining almost everyday!

    Need to drop by again for the unveiling of Tower 6!

    I called the developer's office to request for a to scale floor plan for my unit. I was told that it is not available yet and that I should wait till it TOP.

    When asked when is the expected completion, the staff replied 'early of 3rd quarter next year'. I asked if there is a delay as the sign outside the site still shows Jun 2012. She claim that the sign may have just been updated and they were not informed yet. Now, we know this is not true, cos the sign has been there all along since they started construction 2 years back.

    Then she went on to tell me I should write in through my lawyer for the to scale floor plan. Now, if the to scale floor plan is not available yet, why should I waste time and $$ asking my lawyer to request for it? And if it is available, why tell me to wait till TOP then?

    Fraser Centrepoint - if you are also following this thread, it is high time that you search for better staff to handle your general enquiries hotline. Me not impressed.

    I was told by my lawyer that to scale floor plans are usually not provided by developers unless lawyers request for them. So yes, you may have to wait till TOP and only through lawyers. Actually no additional cost required if your lawyer is a nice person... But not all lawyers are nice!

    Guess this is the norm here. But would hope that the authorities can do something abt this. Hdb does provide detailed measurements, so dont see why this develOpers can't.
    Have seen some Malaysian properties even providing layouts with dimensions on their websites

    Singaporean buyers super ks wait give dimensions which are slightly different from actual site so they complain and issue lawyer's letter, etc then developers have no rest... so they decided not to indulge in buyers' requests.

    Understand the ks part but developers always can put qualifications in marcam ipo prospectus style. The thing home owners want is more information even if it might contain abit of inaccurate info.
