    Stack 9, also a 2-bedder had achieved $992psf with pool view too.

    Looks to be about a quarter of the length, so should be about 12.5m wide.

    oh yes, stack 9 is a 2+1 and the unit got the highest psf subsale rate. It got unblock view, pool facing and only mrng sun. Only that they have common rubbish chute whereas the rest have the chute inside their units.

    Yup, Tower 2 on 2nd Floor & 8 on 4th Floor, but still can't see progress for Tower 6 even from the Site Entrance.

    Was there after lunch about 2pm. What time were you there?

    I was there around 4pm. Yah tower 6 nowhere in sight, nevermind, dun need to pay first haa haa.
