any sign of cold sweat frm people buying this proj to make a quick buck?
Why cold sweat Maybe for flippers... Stayers or long-term owners would be looking fwd instead...
Most flippers should be in MBR not here ba..... but who knows, maybe im wrong..
You heard of the many defaulters who bought The Parc in West Coast? Owners are issued letter of demands for not being able to pay even stamp duties.

huh? i thought prices there are about the same as their initital purchase prices? shouldn't have problem selling out if they can't pay up right?

maybe they wanna flip to those at RWS ba.... well, good luck to those flippers..
if i work at RWS & well fed, i'll take Reflections.. hehe.. i like the iconic design (juz a thought)
LOL, The Parc claims that its the only FH within walking distance to clementi mrt (now hundred trees also wanna claim the same). My parents still stay in the HDB block beside The Parc, excellent design of master bedroom facing next blocks master bedroom for some units...stretch hand out can shake hands. but i still see some transactions at 9xx to 1xxxpsf...very strange...i wonder who are those buyers?

Based on the Legend, the Waterworks will make way for future developments and the PUB Clubhouse & URA Rental Apartments will be rezoned for Residential Development.
Thanks, guess the clearing now looks like for residential development.

The only site confirmed for sale in 2Q2010 is opposite the Potong Pasir MRT at the junction of Upper Serangoon Road / Pheng Geck Avenue.
The woodleigh waterworks seems to be there forever, hidden and forgotten.
the upp serangoon road/ Pheng Geck Ave IMO is probably going to be another one st michael (small piece of land and 150+ units), but looking at today's prices and prices 6-18 months down the road it is going to be out of reach. Not forgetting that it is super near the MRT station.
It is quite interesting to see how the empty land ard woodleigh turnout as it will affect the prices of the condos there.

I jog there this evening... So sad the "Cemetery" gonna developed... Feel so shiok standing on its highest point... the HDB south facing Wan Tho would be great..
