Seems to be a sub-sale pricing. For what i know the original stack 10 prices are all at or below 400k.

I must say that the seller got a good price from the developer... sigh .... I wish I got my unit on Day 1 of the launch....

Haa haa I was there on the first day of preview. Q until the roadside in hot and humid air with rowdy crowd, gave up after 1hr of wait.

No need la, next time just register your interest with the developer or marketing agent for the preview invites.

The original caveat was lodged only after option to subsell was signed. After that the new buyers lodge the second caveat. The original owner had bought it for quite some time.

The project was only launched a month earlier than the original caveat date, so not sure if that is considered quite some time.

Freehold Blossom beside selling at about the same price as 8@Woodleigh. One is resale & one is brand new. Which is a better buy?
