    Seems to be a sub-sale pricing. For what i know the original stack 10 prices are all at or below 400k.

    Think there are a few sub-sales looking at the prices of the equivalent units. But since no prior caveats were lodged, could be done during OTP.

    Haa haa I was there on the first day of preview. Q until the roadside in hot and humid air with rowdy crowd, gave up after 1hr of wait.

    But for the extra saving of $50psf which works out to be approx $53k... I will queue lo..... or pay someone $1000 to queue lah

    The project was only launched a month earlier than the original caveat date, so not sure if that is considered quite some time.

    Freehold Blossom beside selling at about the same price as 8@Woodleigh. One is resale & one is brand new. Which is a better buy?
