    Those who bought Mezzo / 8@W withou SSD lock-in sitting on profit really a dilemma now .. to sell or not to sell .. or for own stay nevermind

    Well it all depends on the original purpose of booking a unit during the launch.
    18% already subsale so pure speculative is likely gone, the rest depends if they are owner-stayer, rental-play or specu-vestor (if there is actually such a term). It is not unforeseeable that some would take profit, pretty normal.

    All foreigners are subjected to the 10% stamp duty except for nationals of the United States, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Iceland. These nationals continue to be subject to the 3% rate imposed on Singaporeans. The special treatment accorded these countries, and not others, is a direct result of the interaction of the various free trade agreements (FTAs) signed by Singapore.

    Should be Jun 2012 based on main con's (KH's prospectus).

    Good for you... developers and banks will love people like you... I'd prefer not to pay progressive... like interest absorption scheme... pay nothing till TOP.. Lol!
