    I would presume it is easier for 2BR to hit $1.2k psf compared to 3 br right now... Me still taking a wait and see attitude. Price hit my target, release. If not, keep for live in or rental lo...

    I believe buy and sell properties must also depend on luck other than timing and economy. It's 'fated' lah.

    u see kovan residence, scaffolding taken away so long still haven TOP(ps....realised JUS TOP liao!!)

    after scaffolding taken...at least got another 6mths to TOP based on my observation

    2 bedder @ 1200 psf, should consider Nin residences better.
