    If $1,084 psf for ground floor then $1,200 - $1,300 has arrived . Think there are still some pes units asking for below $1,000 psf.....

    But there's no caveat record for the original purchase. Maybe it'll pop up later, or maybe the original buyer never did take up a loan...

    Nowadays u will need to dig the durians (not falling ones)... then still have to segregate the grade too

    Such profits come easy if property is purchased before CM4. If buy property now (after CM4), to earn more than $100k, even if no SSD, also quite remote! Property prices are surely climbing but not at $50k to $100k a year. Maybe to have a price appreciation of $100k, owners must wait 2 to 3 years, provided all other factors remain constant and there is no downturn? Anyway with the 4yr SSD, most owners will probably wait 3 to 4 years before selling so price appreciation may well be in the region of $100 psf to $200 psf!
