    UOB, but SLA has informed me that the caveat has already been lodged. So it could be their database updating delay

    Doesn't bother me, it just makes me wonder whether there are similar transactions with delayed caveats that are not reflected sometimes..

    In the past, I realised that some caveats are pop out that are back-dated.
    Thats really bad for consistency... May potential cause market mis-information

    Dunno can complain to minister boh

    Earlier on, some of us were guessing if 1st Quarter of 2012 would be possible....

    Sleek - what say you on the possible TOP dates? Celebrating CNY is NOT possible lah since it is January. Any chance for Good Friday (Apr), Labour Day, Vesak Day (May)? Or do we have to wait for National day?????

    Always prepare yourself for the worse scenario so if TOP comes early, its a bonus and you will be happy. The same cannot be said if its in reverse order...
