Seller's remorse sianz.... That time wanted to sell because scared of MM oversupply and possible extra cooling measures.

No regrets! Think on the bright side: Have more money to invest in other opportunities. ON the contrary, what if they is a hefty drop in capital gain and you did not realise your profit.

Too bad. I am not a MM lover. My minimum threshold is a two bedder of at least 950 sqft. Just in case, when my kids are grown up, my wife and I can stay in one of the properties near mrt stn, in town and with different view: sea view, hill, city, nice landmarks like Flyer, airport control towers, etc.).

Tested my CCR and people are willing to offer good price too! Just renewed rental for one with a upward rental revision of 25%. Not a bad year if location is good. Got one more renewal coming at the end of this year. Hope economy will continue to do well.

Ok it's true the layout is decent for a studio, as dev is smart enough to remove the partition or the wall. Is regular shape. Well the fact that it commands at 5xxK is high in my opinion. Prestige Hgt is offering 499k onwards for a balestier area. So are some bigger size proj 480sqft gg for 560k onwards in SM and moreover FH. I must confess SM is not near MRT.

Dont get me wrong, I love MM proj and while it's true it all depends on layout.

I realized also that the shower area is really small.
