8@W not exactly less than 100m to woodleigh mrt, in fact there is a sign outside the international school saying it is 250m to mrt, so 8@W would be less than 300m.

If this happen, W28, NIN or 8@W, etc will be even tough to get at $1000psf, it may hit $1500psf.
BUT i will be patient cos i have no money to buy above $1000psf.

yes, the magic is in affordability... can you take the bullet hit and survive...
i am sure lots of 8W 1st owners will start selling when hit 1200psf....looks like not too far fetched as punggol may launched at 1.2kpsf... BUBBLE BIG BIG

Hey all, here are some pictures taken today from blossoms. Good progress on T6 since my last post. They've demolished the showflat too. Other towers don't seem to be getting any taller for the last few weeks, does anyone know why?
Wow....tower 6 is growing fast! Soon your view will be blocked.
Majority of foreman, supervisors, Skilled workers like tower or mobile crane operators , subcontractor bosses are Msian, closed for 10-14 days, celebrate cny. So while foreign workers maybe around in Singapore, no leader or decision maker, work also can't proceed, result in slow down. Besides, the CNY is the single "the holiday" for these people. Other times, they work damn hard, late into the night, start early like 8am on site, even sat and sun.Originally Posted by sleek

Sub-station can be built and commissioned in 6mths. Ya, you are right. Normally, it is one of the structure under the critical path of construction progress as there are testing and commissioning that need to be done. And after it is being certified, then power supply can be feed to the project itself so that electrical test can be done to the actual blocks and critical items like lifts, etc before application for TOP.Originally Posted by sleek
Might be the angle but T6 & T2 look also next to each other...

You think there will be many sellers when owners get their keys and walk into the compound?

Yup, picked up 3 properties at that time.Originally Posted by devilplate

Can share which are the 3 you have picked up after deciding against 8@W?Originally Posted by greenhorn
