    Do you think the waterworks is a source of good fengshui? Since it is perched on a hill producing fresh clean water. If u look at the map, the water wealth from the waterworks flows in a 'river' of swimming pools from blossoms to 8woodleigh, ending with the waterfall at the road.

    Come to think of it, our Main Entrance is along Woodleigh Close, so technically the water flows into the property and not out to the road.
