that's a good reason. maybe can reduce some undesirable residents sending maids down to bathe?

in any case, i know if it's really the case, my friends (with kids) have to come up and shower, unless I always pretend i'm not at home. haha

thnks in advance. i drove past trying to catch a glimpse of window grilles but don't see any.

Oh yah, reminded me CM won a dont know what green award recently. Maybe this is one of the environment friendly designs? Also my hubby told me the urine bowl in male shower room is waterless technology so very smelly

But I think these are small issues. If most of us do not like it, can change later.

If I'm not wrong, the one at Vivocity is also waterless technology. Quite good if you ask me...

Quite good is because it is airconditioned so the smell not so bad, but in non aircon environment the smell is quite bad for these waterless technology, nothing beats a good flushing.

Have to...have a 4-year-old. So better do it.

You can install grilles on windows, main gate and sliding door in living.

One thing good about the mgt, they follow up and get back quite fast. Applied for the car label today and I got it almost immediately. The company is Knight Frank Estate mgt. I know they are the mgt agent for the tropica (also 500+ units) also. Seems they have experience managing big condos.

I think grilles at balcony is not allowed. Anyway not nice also. So next best thing is half height gates. I got a friend who did metal gates at her place at Esta. Quite nice, and also removable. So thinking of doing the same. Too bad no pics to show...

What kind of half height gate is it? On balcony or next to sliding door?

Which is your ACTUAL balcony view? It seems like you take photos from two places of your unit, as they are both different facing, if your balcony faces D'manor, you cannot face pool (?) Your 1st and 5th pic looks like from one part of the unit and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th photos from another.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Yes for everything including grills for windows, gate, sliding door and backyard. The main gate for each block (where you use access card to enter) is also this color.

From his pictures, I think he either Stack 2, 5 or 6.

Yes you can get the D'manor view. Just look left from your balcony, zoom in and shoot.

In fact the blocks are designed that way to allow max views for both sides, esp with the big balcony. His can even see the main pool I think because the big gap between the 2 blocks in the 2nd row ( the row between the main pool and kid pool). Take a look at the site plan of CM, you will know what I mean.

All from my balcony. I am staying at stack 2. Left handside, I can see changi coast, right handside, I can see full kids pool, In front, I can see partial main pool. All my bedrooms have the similar view, only the angle is different. from master bedroom I can see almost half main pool, changi coast view is little bit worse than seeing from balcony. Stack 5,6, their changi coast view will be partially blocked by stack 2, they should have better main pool view.
