I have browse through some ads in propertyguru.com and realise the asking price for merawoods have actually went northward (up). Can anyone here gives an insight - will the price soften again? The unit practically has all went up min. of $100-200psf...any chance to grab this gem at a good reasonable psf nowadays?
When will it be soften????
