    Hi jesuit,

Thanks.....keep us posted on the progress from your unit.

The road on Ipoh Lane was busy with the launch of Bella Casita, opposite Ritz Regency.

    Hi,

Just realised that the windows are all tinted. What are the pros and cons compared to clear windows?

    Cheers.

Clear windows more light for a cheery and bright atmosphere, tinted for better glare control and heat shielding.

    BIC,
our windows are glazed as stated in the brochure. But it might not be enough to reduce the heat in Singapore context. Double glazed windows is better but it does not make sense to spend a bomb to replace our brand new windows. Solar films would be the next better option if you want better heat rejection than the standard glazed window. I have read that you can purchase solar films from the local DIY store and do it yourself to save money other than getting the professionals to do it.

    From the internet:
"Winter heat loss through windows can cause discomfort to building occupants and unnecessarily high energy bills. Low emissivity insulating film applied to the inside face of ordinary single-glazed windows decreases heat loss by up to 30%. In summer XX brand films reduce the cost of cooling a building by rejecting up to 79% of the sun's heat."

    mezo,

Thanks. Did not notice that this (the glaze window) was mentioned in the brochure. Will test out how the heat condition in the house after I have shifted in before deciding whether to install the solar film.

With the place almost done up, I was wondering whether it will TOP this month!!! I am stuck in a temporary place at the moment and can't wait to move in.

Tat's great, much needed sometimes in spore, n definitely adds class to the development!

I found out tat the intercom system in each unit is a video one, instead of an audio one stated in the brochure. Guess developer has upgraded.
