My feel is the same as the above posted on the ESTA thread (thanks to the posting and enlightenment). Still looking at TSV but at a more effordable price and most importantly right unit and timing of the market(s). Planning to start hunting around in Q1'09 and see what happen to the property market, stock market and global market. For the time being holding on to my D16 unit for staying and D17 unit for rental (both at reasonable prices so its not a problem for now...),,, a FH D15 unit is the next step and as you can see I'm an East lover...
