I sold an unit in The Seaview, say Jan 2011, and this unit has been tenanted since TOP and I hv no knowledge as the tenant did not inform me anything, and I know nothing of what is going on. I also did not attend the AGM
I did not even see the unit since the key collection. The buyer did not ask me anything...as all handled by the agents. The only thing I hv is the furniture list and price to settle
