Is it worth paying for Seaview when the price difference between Seaview and One Amber is a great different??
One Amber is estimated for JUN09. Seaview seems to have better landscaping than One Amber. Its also in a more quiet area versus One Amber. However, what you purchase should really all depend more on the unit you pick within the devt as well as what your priorities and preferences are than on anything else.Originally Posted by Unregistered68

Unfortunately, in the short term due to sub prime crisis and oversupply, prices will fall.
Hence, i would prefer Seaview than One Amber and Esta, as its closer to the future MRT station.
