The real estate market in Singapore is in a very different phase as compared to a year ago. There are more supply than demand. World economy is in turmoil and if anyone out there still think Singapore is insulated, think again.
With buyers holding back their purchases, prices for One Amber will probably face the same downward trend like Sea View and Esta as TOP approaches.
