Nice especially units facing pandan reservoir. However there is one big empty plot of land in front, any idea it will be developed into condo?

Default Nice place to live in and that's why no one is selling!

    Hi

I have been staying here since July 2007.

The environment is quiet, pleasant, windy and exclusive. I guess that's why you don't find many people selling their home in Monterey Park.

The empty plot of land is earmarked for only landed properties, I think. So you won't have to worry about your nice views getting blocked by any high-rise condo building.

Helloo, visited a friend's home in Monterey Park last night.
The night view from her apartment was great..something i did not expect of the area. Thought it would be nice to share.

Should be around $2500-$3000 per month depending on whether furnished or unfurnished.

I'm interested to pick up a unit, preferably a big 3 bedder or a 4 bedder.

anyone staying there have anything bad to say about this place?

or anyone who has a unit to let go, care to PM me?

only criteria is no west sun.

    Thanks in advance

There are quite a few advertisements in the Straits Times Classified Ads, especially on Saturdays.

I have been staying here for slightly more than two years now.

A very quiet place, far from the madding crowd.

The view from the Penthouses facing the city is fantastic. If you guys are interested, I will take some and post for your enjoyment.

Overall a great place to stay, especially for a small family.
