i graduated from uni so many years ago and studies and school is something i have put behind me for so many years now, can't a believe kiddo like orange would come along to compare unis. you even went to the extent of criticising OKT's aussie degree, but what has your degree made of you in this forum? an utter joke is all i can say. you can criticise all you want bout my alma mater NUS or Sheffield Uni and maybe you should tell it to Goh Chok Tong's face that an NUS degree is also toilet paper coz these criticisms mean nothing to the matured and sensible adults.....

I am a driver myself, but I know why people like to stay near MRT.

    1) No need to wait for bus. (Frequency varies and sometime is it very frustrated why the feeder service took more that 15min to come and the bus journey distant is only 10 min away - Total time taken should only be the journey time 10min but istead, it turned out to be 25-40min ).

    2) If office is near to MRT, it will usually mean the MRT journey time is the time from home to office or office to home.

    3) Not all people drive. Especially if you have kids, it will benefits them.

    4) Need MRT give a higher resale value.
