    No lah but then it seems that my dream is vaporising.. Mckinnon bro, i think maybe it is better to sell your place given the current selling price yah.. you may just hit One Million.... hahahaha.

    Huat arh, Tropica owners...

    I think i slowly slowly wait for property market to crash.... perhaps in two/three years time?

    Mckinnon bro, i think you better double confirm whether this info is true.. dont mind me saying, agents can be quite unscrupulous in order to convince you to sell.... afterall the caveat wont be out until much later, so really cant cofirm the sale right unless she can offer documentary proof..

    Then again, you have nothing to loose also besides increasing your psf?? Good idea coz based on that sale, it has crossed the 740psf barrier..

    understand, nobody knows for sure until caveat is out, but this agent's info to me has been accurate to the last dollar so far.

    munchies, you can consider other blocks? blk 51's price is very firm, from my experience chasing the 2nd unit.

    I know but im that sort very "si kui", see something nice cannot settle for anything else.. you dont understand what i meant until..... ive seen a few units here and there since two years ago and so far, none nice.

    Only once i saw one unit at the one near Quarry.. condition very good and high floor but before i could confirm the unit, it was SOLD! If dont remember wrongly, blk is 63 or 65.. 15th Floor

    to make things worst, we wont settle for any floor lower than #12/#11.. too used to high floor..

    Do you think #15 is a good floor? My partner said "no" coz this project coming 10yrs old, water tank might leak... do you think that is possible?

    It is definitely possible due to wear and tear. Just need to get the MC to perform the maintenance on the water tank. Waterproofing must be good

    Then 15th is out of the picture.. i remember one of my classmate's house used to have spot ceiling and it is kinda ugly..

    Well... i guess the acceptable floors would be between #10-#13.. #14 not so good i guess.. next time very difficult to sell..

    Saw one unit here.. view not too bad. This is a 3+1 unit, i used to think that blk 61 are all the 4brms & 2brms... May consider this blk but i think it is full afternoon sun for all the rooms.

    haha, not only that, i visited 15th floor before for the 4 bedder, super super hot, and that unit is not facing west!
