    Congrats Eastlover.

No idea about the other Tropica owners who bought the Waterview.

One good thing I like about WV is the shuttle bus to MRT.

I know of a few, but don't think they come to this forum.

    Congrats to all who bought!

Yes. There is no shuttle bus to MRT for Tropica which may be important for people who dont drive.

Anyways, even after viewing Waterview, my heart still goes for Tropica. Some of the key aspects like quality of finishings and flooring, huge rooms and no space wastage remains unmatched.

My sentiments remain that Tropica is truly value for money.

Thanks! I love both Tropica and Waterview. Tropica is big, Waterview has balcony - we have too many plants, WV 4 bedder is just nice for small family like us - 2 + 1 boy, 1 maid and 1 dog

I understand from an WV agent that the yard balcony will have a 1 metre high gate in the doorway leading to the kitchen...just nice for your dog

Hello friends at Tropica. I have a question: for those facing the quarry, do you feel sands coming from the quarry?

I've been wondering too. Another question - for those facing the reservoir is the noise from the expressway well dampened?

zero speck of sand from sand quarry lah, it's so far away.

reservoir facing units usually do not get highway noise except for blk 61. but now blk 61 will be buffered from the highway by waterview.

    hope these answers help.

Mine is to finish around mid December (accessories may take longer to source though). oh yes, Wify mentioned about inviting you over once things are set the other day.

But do not expect anything as grand as yours, due to budget constraints, we mainly "touch up" (or should I say "rejuvernate"? ) living room and master bedroom. However, we love it just the same and very happy with what KNQ has created so far within our budget.

yesterday channel U predict new EC will price arange 900-1000 psf. So Tropica's $753psf is worthy for money. we should aim for $800psf

And finally we have transactions over 1million!
    Blk 55 #06-02 $1040k
    Blk 63 #01-05 $1000k

Really no transaction in sept hah?!

Sure or not... EC so expansive?

    Then CCR is really undervalued.

    OCR 1 X = 1000 psf
    RCR 2 X = 2000 psf
    CCR 3 X = 3000 psf

haha, those experts said so on the TV last night. for Bisan St14, they even quoted at 1000 psf if i remember correctly.
