anyway, i bought it for uwc rental yield which is now 4.5% even before uwc commences in aug.

Just my own observation that new MRT station always very close to empty plot of residential land so can sell lands expensive ... just my wild guess lah ... it is either here or near Baywater at the park.

i went to see a unit on blk51 #XX-03, slight afternoon sun, was told only certain times of the year will gana due to orientation of the sun or something like that. Mckinnon, can confirm on this? BTW, i went there once in the early morning and once during evening time. What i like about this unit is that the yard actually faces morning sun, meaning clothes will dry faster. I think blks that has the full afternoon sun is blk 53

Yes, there is an unit on blk51 on sale.. Owner is a friend of my friend, not serious seller but willing to sell if price is right only. He dont intend to sell thru agent if possible, that's why i cant put his unit. he will kill me
