    Not moving there yet. Where I am staying now is near to my kids' childcare arrangement. Unless rental market is slow when tenancy expires, then I may consider moving in. Otherwise, i am comfortable where I am now - too much hassle to move (pack and unpack) headache .

    Was at Tropica for a BBQ last evening, the greenery within really makes one feel living in an exclusive resort.

    yes, many visiters said so

    usually they just thought Tropica is an ordinary Condo from outside, especially the urgly entry, but when they go inside, they were usually surprised by the resort style, and its 大气

    Yeah the looks is very deceiving from the outside, esp is the back of each block (the less glam side) is facing outwards for all directions.

    The amount of efforts to maintain the greenery must be alot to keep it at such a consistent good condition.

    Wah! Defy market talk that price wld come down. Think psf just above $800. Coz the size of 3 bedders in that block is 1238sqf. Believe still not as expensive as that 15flr 4bedders.

    ya agree. it's quite a clever buy at 800+psf.

    when sister eastlover and i viewed the 4brs last year, they were asking 1mio nego!

    And now one of high floor 4 bedder (1506 sqft type) in blk 61 is asking for 1.5mil!!! almost $1000/psf

    wats up with tropica from ura website last done 900k plus but on guru all asking million plus...enbloc ...new mrt line... ...temasek poly converting to 6th university... .....they found oil in bedok reservior... ...and the list goes on...

    Hahaha....tat applies to many other project....mostly calling 50-100k above last few average transactions....hahaha...and when u saw a reasonable psf asking, den later u found out either ground flr, lousy facing or agts fishing ad
    Gd n reasonable priced ones cfm snapped from 1-2 wks

    Tats y many choose to buy from developer knowing tat everyone pays similar price.....
