    Er... not to dampen your sales but isnt $2100psf at Newton kinda priced at the higher end of the pricing scale?
    What's there to justify the extra moolah compared to other developments priced lower in District 9?

    Exactly especially when Illuminaire is having smaller units around 1700psf and within walking distance to orchard/somerset mrt.

    lol, that hawker centre is quite high end, their bbq prawns are more expensive than any other hotel's restaurants in singapore

    1) It only takes SGD1.6m for Orchard Road to be on par with 5th Ave and the Champs-Elysees? Is that the same fantasy that some Singaporeans have of the Singapore River being on par with the French Riviera?

    Whoever wrote that crap must have been smoking some serious shit!!!

    2) It is Cairnhill Community Club lah, what Cairnhill Country Club! There is no such exclusive-sounding country club. They should be sued for misrepresentation.

    hv seen the development...

    actually i quite like it, the other exit on the higher level leads to Cairnhill Rise i think...so i feel it's quite exclusive

    of coz FEO pricing is always hard to swallow... but come to think of it...at least the earlier buyers are protected

    Hi there, sorry to say that the price is only a quoting price, whatever pricing stated is still subjected to management's approval.

    So it's just a gauge price for a piece of land in Orchard area.
