If it is better than The Arte, then wont be surprised about the high take-up rate. The Arte was launched when sentiment is much worse.

Just went to see the show flat.
Personal view.
Layout better than Arte
But finishes Arte better
Price wise is definatelly more ex than Arte.
3 bedroom = 950-1050 psf
2 bedroom is about 1000 psf
The project is 36 story high.
They have only launch the units till the 8 floor. ( Think the 9-11 also for sale ) - Thus the agents are claiming that 2 bedrooms are selling fast.
Per level up is about 10 dollars psf.
My 2 cents worth.

From there, took a look at Arte which was under construction.
WAH PIANG!!!!!
How come balcony so big??? like the old old 5-rooom HDB point block style!
Yet sold out at about 1k psf????
might as well buy valley park
