    Bishan 8 was used to sell at SGD1000 psf when it was first launched about 11 years ago. It seems that the original owners are still suffering from the losses. Good luck to you if you manage to buy one at your price.

    I have actually done up a check on it's historical prices.

    In 2006, there were quite a number of units sold with average psf at $575, not to mention those sold in 2007 at average of $742psf.

    Are you saying all these sellers are all selling at a loss?

    Doesn't make sense.
