No one knows abt S'pore apts? I have never encountered this problem before in HDB apts. Condo quality is even worse than HDB??
Global recession is coming....
I have only heard of sound insulation with HDB flats (even saw letters to forum complaining about this). Never heard or seen anybody complain about private properties. If there are, care to share which project it is?
