there are LCD lights that you can use even without false ceiling. get those types for concrete ceiling. in fact for all the bulbs or lights that we have now, there is a LCD equivalent, although more expensive. you just need to make sure the socket end is the same.

Try to go in 2 weeks....only make to the lift lobby before the workers mentioned that the supervisors are coming.
Decline to go up in order not to get the workers into trouble.

Their lawyer is preparing the docs... early next week you may wish to bug your lawyer to get the letter if you are sick of waiting
