    What you guys think of the parking charges after 1am? $35!!!

    Though the parking is already inclusive in the maint fees already or are U referring to the parking lots used by the sub-talents from the offices/shop?

    The Season parking is $90 which is separate from the maintainence fee of $280. I referring to hourly charges if you have friends visiting you. Apparently they can't stay pass 1 am coz the charges is $35

    I think this is way too expensive....Maybe a charge of $4-$5 overnight till 7am...

    Can always park at the hdb carpark opposite the road, or even park at balestier towers.

    I receievd another agents letter stating the latest Mezzo sub-sale : $1,220k ($1452psf) - 25th May 2012.

    But I am unable to confirm which stack or floor.

    Can anyone do a check?

    Hi bros and sisters,

    Anyone have any comments on the parking charges and can we as the residents/owners challenge the management regarding these charges?

    I personally find the parking charges extremely high and very complicating.

    Indeed this a nice and good price, cost I rem six month ago I ask for a unit at higher level only $960k for 840sqf size, haiz pity that time never bought , Now hitting 1.2mil can only bought at level 16 only
