Passed by the construction site last week. Noted that the 2 storey of office or construction worker home just "TOP".
Is the Construction Notice for the Mezzo up yet???
Although TOP is stated officially in 2014. But information from agents is around Dec 2012.
But usually the TOP is around Q2 2011 as stated in Soilbuild report in Q3 2009.
The most accurate date is usually found on the Construction Notice. Thus is the Construction Notice up yet?
drove pass a few days ago, i think they built a site office there and the lorries are causing a minor jam at balestier road. Never notice the signboard though.
Re : Mezzo Update [25th Jan 2010] and construction notice
Happy Waiting Mezzo owners....
I think they put the date same as that of the brochure. But hopefully it will be 2nd half 2011 as indicated in the soilbuild's report.
Anyone has any update on the construction progress?
Based on latest Soilbuild latest full year financial report released on Feb 10, the Mezzo expected completed date is in 2011Originally Posted by kskong2000

21st March 2010, evening scene.
Looks like balestier is going to become the 3-4* hotel belt in Singapore where most tour groups and budget tourists will stay.

Update 3rd April 2010.
seem like very slow progress....really doubt they can TOP in q2 of 2011
Update 16th April 2010.
Saw this new poster at the site:
"The Mezzo Freehold office space for sale. Call Soilbuild at 8363 9559."
Update 28 April 2010.
yes its sooooo slow
Agree.........it is really too slow........developer should go to see other project....
Not surprising. City fringe areas are usually where all the budget hotels and small format units reside. In most countries, city fringe has always been the most "complicated" areas.
