    Post The Estiva

Hi just a couple of days back i viewd a 2+study at estiva, looked pretty cool with nice layouts and such. The owner was asking around 800K which is pretty absurd . Just wanted to get some feedback from the community here on what is roughly a price for this property given the recent market sentiments...

Are there still units in Estiva for sale? How come don't see any?

Actually I also preferred Murano, looking at the 1066sq ft unit. But now no one selling already..... Can anyone show me the way to search for more units around this area? Suddenly seems like no sellers, all playing the waiting game...

Any advise will be much appreciated..

    Hi gsurin,

actually my ID guys is a friend of mine doing me a favour as he has already stop doing it for awhile but i still like his ideas so i had pursuaded him to help me for the idea and i will be doing the co-ordination myself...i will check if he is keen to take on more projects....by the way which development did you buy?

    Cheers

    Hi babababa,

i was also considering Estiva and Murano but then in the end i prefer Murano and i was the one who bought the last unit of the 3 bed rooms unit directly from the developer over at Murano.......currently i heard only got penthouse available...are you keen on PH?

    Happy searching.....

    Cheers

    Hi gsurin,

actually quite simple to do up a house don't really need to get an ID company/person as our house are already done-up....basically either just put wall paper or paint the rooms or probably build a feature wall at the TV console will do, put some down light (as my Murano already got false ceiling so just doing the wiring and put bulbs...hang curtains and that's all.....move in............(can save $) just that you have to run the show...that's what i am doing now....liasing with all the direct contractor: carpentary, electrician specialist and wall paper specialist....
(sound like my second career man) . let mek know maybe i can recommend direct contractor to you......look see look see at some magazine and view some show flats for some ideas......(how?)

Depending on the theme you want as well.......

    Cheers

Well yeah, Alvin thats what i had in mind..but am just so lazy running around looking for the items and all..maybe i should just do it on my own and save the money on the IDs and probably use the money to throw a beer fest at my place keke....by the way are you like living alone or??

I was thinking of some zen/resort theme waht kinda theme did you have ya place set?...

    Hi gsurin,

me staying with my wife for now but planning for kids soon........
    i am doing modern classic......

As for Zen or Resort Style quite simple..... Zen you must go barang barang.....(if i am not wrong)....Resort Style (it depend on which resort style) Bali? Bintan? Batam? Sentosa? Hawaii?
you should really pay Borders a visit if you've the time so definitely able to pick up some ideas.

i think most important is the colour scheme and the right furniture plus lightings as well so as to bring out the flavour of the theme.

Hope this helps....if not got to go IMM to check those ID company out for ideas then get direct contractor to do it (save $).....

In a nut shell, definitely must spend some time for R&D so you will have a better idea..............

    Cheers...........
