I was scanning thru the first few pages. Wa Lau, time really flies.... During launch about 650-700 psf. Today

So interesting, during that time, didnt many of us (i didnt use all) say - Wa Lau, so expensive..... This project didnt sell out immediately leh....

Today, what do we say - Wa, so cheap then.... Hahahaha

I always like to look at history..... Congrats to those who bot.

BTW, today i look at the prices and again say, wa - so high now. 3 years from now, I will know if it was indeed expensive or cheap. Hahahaha

bro, i dear not to scane the previous pages, heart too pain (as i bought end of last year only )

During launch, my agent friend called me to view, and i said, hah, so expensive!? no basement car park? planter so long? baywindow everywhere? why they put big big 2 baywindow in bathroom? such a silly project, dont buy!!

3 years later, i gonna pay almost 1/3 more of the original selling price, and still so happy

the lesson learnt: never mix with investment and own-stay!

    Thanks

I was too 'young' during DBR launch, couldn't appreciate the value of DBR at that time. after i met this forum, learnt a lot, 'grow' a lot, so decided to buy before it's too late, although it was not cheap anymore still, it raised near 200K on paper the first hand owner must laught day and night ah

Wa Lao, sis, u going on property shopping spree huh?

U machiam like strike toto type. The stock option must be damn solid hor.... Actually, option better to cash out straight leh...

I tell u this true incident.

Someone converted option to shares. This is considered income, so taxable on gains... So the tax can go to 20% bracket....

A few months later, bloody stocks tanked... End of year, need to pay tax.

    Double whammy right.

So my opinion, always encash out stocks. If not at least encash out a big portion. Unless u are so confident with the company.
