Of course good buy, but I don't think is 1k psf. The cheapest price I got is 600k which is $ 1120 psf . Is this still good buy?

why not? I buy cheap cheap, interest rate now still low low, my job still stable, i know demand there huge especially 1 bedders and some more double bay is the only new condo there so far. Unless you gib me 300k profit. I DIE DIE ALSO HOLD TIGHT TIGHT dun let you sell at a higher price.

p/s: If no one rent i rather use as weekend home and spy pple on tennis court

funny...how can this project complete by may this year when my loan to bank is still around 50%, which means the project is about 50% complete?

This project should be around 70% completed by now. Athough we have paid up to 50%, I believe a TOP date of August 2012 or earlier is still possible. They have started planting tree on the roof top carpark.

hi, has anyone wrote in to the developer to ask for a detailed floorplan?

Wish to get mine soon, so that I can plan my renovation and source for my designer.

I have friends who have written in, but those were small projects. so not sure whether they be accomodating. I've written to them, so will see how it goes. What unit did you buy? I got a 2+1, so can share to you if i do get the plan.

Got a reply from them. They can't give the floorplan out yet as they need to measure them again nearer to TOP. I've also requested to change my stove but it's also not welcome.
I guess we have to wait till June to ask for it as they will be going through quality inspection and TOP ready in early August.

It's not the precise actual dimension. But it's good enough for u to plan ur space. Go to uol website to look for the the project manager.

that stoopid planter accounts for so much space; almost 3/4 the area of the balcony. The planter cuts the balcony from the glass railings, so if u dun put the decks u can't "reach out" to the glass railings?

Will be costly to deck out the planter huh? in the region of $2K?

Depends on what is use, it's abt $28-$32 per sqft (there's a minimum area, for standard construct). Iron wood, chengai or palmwood?
