    Between dBR and optima 1 mrt stop away, about 1000 units will TOP soon.. Wonder if rental will be impacted?

    I guess due to the latest CM, many buyers stop buying, so they chose to rent for 1 year... If DBR TOP first, then we can rent better and faster?

    By the way, i tried to call waterfront wave 2 bedder, to check check the market. superisely, those facing PIE type seems all rented out, only facing HDB type left a few. so even through it seems plenty in guru, many repeated, no many units available. The rental market is still strong!

    HOPE that thrend can last till Q3 12, so all of us can find good tanent faster with higher rental, longer lease!

    I visited the development and they seem to be installing the cabinets already (at least for the lower floors). Can't wait to take keys.

    Hi guys,

    I am keen to get one unit but it seems that there is limited photos for this development.any kind souls out there who can share some of the photos taken at the showroom?need to know how does the actual layout looks like and the colour theme they uses.it's a bit too late to wait till TOP to view thou.

    a picture will not be able to portray the final product(except perhaps the colour scheme- which i recall is cream beige). you wld be better off with the floorplan or wait a few more mths to see the final product.
    why the urgency to buy now? prices wld rise further upon TOP?
    incidentally I hv received offers of $1100 psf for 3+1. how abt others?

    $1100 psf for 3+1 now is definitely very attractive, esp. for those first buyers when it was launch. With the rest of new launch at current price level, DBR TOP price should go up further, given its location within a very much contained area.

    Cos the prices will likely to rise once TOP.But buying now would be a risk as we don't know how the actual unit will be in terms of finishing,landscaping(heard alot of reviews about the place being cramp)etc.
