    dble bay sub-sales prices are going up month after month...
    $900psf++ a possibility once Chip Eng Seng launch the new plot opp Simei MRT. Even Lor Chuan Scala is at 1kpsf when launched..
    Good news for owners of dbr.

    if this My Manhantan is launched at $1000psf, i think dbr 1st owners will be laughing to the bank....too bad i missed out on dbr last mar.

    u r right. Most sellers will wait by the sidelines. But always beware the unpredictable. Wat if the govt launch another round of anti-speculative measures? Or the korean tensions escalate or the euro zone economies went into a tailspin or .....
    Buy if u can afford at current prices. I am a firm believer that property prices always go up.

    Any idea when the TOP for DBR is likely to be? Any chance of it TOP-ing in early 2012..?

    No idea whether that will happen even though they posted may 2012 as the construction completed date. Seems quite slow... Even optima is speeding up.

    Thanks guys. I bought a unit there. Can't wait for it to be constructed so can move in! Yeah, looks like it'll only be ready in end 2012.

    Which unit u got? I'm staying by e poolside as well facing e waterfall. Looking fwd to moving in so my daughter get to enjoy e pool.

    Hi Sky, my fiance and I got a high floor facing Tropical Spring. Only 936 square feet though.

    Your unit sounds really good, near the waterfall. I'm sure your daughter will love the variety of pools in the development.

    hi jeanette, it's good to see owners of dbr posting here. i got a 2+1 facing the lap pool. did you get yours subsale?

    the progress seems pretty slow, we haven't made the 5th payment yet. I've spoken to a lady officer working at the site, and she say it's May 2012 completion date. i think probably end 2012 then we get to move in.

    I can't help but fully agreed with the comments above. Visited a relative this CNY at Simei Green and whisk past DBR. OMG I don't want to stay there for fear of enclosed in.. really . sorry I don't own a unit there and I certainly think Simei Green is a much better living environment ...

    hi shespawn, yes I got mine from subsale. OP made a decent profit from me. My bf and I were looking for 2+1 units as well, but they were really expensive. Pity didn't get during launch. Bf really liked the 2+1 units.

    Have you already paid the progress payment for roof / ceiling?

    We are under the DPS scheme, but our bank has dispatched payment to the developer for the Reinforced concrete framework only. Have you paid for Brick Walls of unit stage?

    DBR for those 3/3+1 high flr facing landed ppty towards EXPO will be goodie....may even catch a glimpse of sea view if it matters...certain stack facing main pool also quite well spaced apart

    sadly all 2bedders r very cluttered....either facing lap pool...very close each other or face tropical spring...which is aso vy near

    Hi shespawn, just got mine through subsale (completion only in March). Not sure if OP has already paid for brick walls.

    Hi jeslyn, I got a 2bdroom (that's the most I can afford, haha) from the subsale market. Faces Tropical Spring, albeit at a slant.
