No idea whether that will happen even though they posted may 2012 as the construction completed date. Seems quite slow... Even optima is speeding up.

the progress seems pretty slow, we haven't made the 5th payment yet. I've spoken to a lady officer working at the site, and she say it's May 2012 completion date. i think probably end 2012 then we get to move in.
I can't help but fully agreed with the comments above. Visited a relative this CNY at Simei Green and whisk past DBR.
