May help a little. But noise travels in a radial manner. In this case as the trains move, it will be a line or cylindrical noise source. Not sure about the layout of DBR with respect to MRT line, tall buildings can also help to bounce the noise around other than absorbing them. Good luck guys and pray for the best. Otherwise, may have to complain to LTA like the guy in Tampines.

Well DBS just shifted staff of close to 3000 poeple near changi business park. Future D18 going to be too popular. The price is super under value. Buy now to avoid disappointment.

How about the noise from multi carpark? Bearable? Especially blocks right beside?

Noise from carpark should be relatively better than noise from trains. It is not frequent and loud.

People buy house because of school. These are people who have been working in DBS unless there is a hiring spree for the backend staf, IT, etc. They have already outsourced to IBM.

I doubt so. Singapore is not that big afterall. Still wonder why people are so excited when 4th University was annouced. You are not going to see a sudden surge of foreign faculty members and students there.
