No need to suspect. It IS the multistorey carpark that is supposed to shield the track noise from the residential blocks. Of course, some will challenge the effectiveness of that concept.

thanks for the photo. I always view it on the 12th floor at one of those HDB blocks. seems like the tree will not be visible to public soon. strangely, they havent' start to lay any foundation for the shops. Only JitKiat will know, since his place is above the shops. (i think)

    Default 10% progressive payment

    Hi All,

I just received a letter from the legal firm about the progressive payment after the concrete completion.
Has anyone got the same letter yet?

    Regards

no i haven't. mine is 2+1 unit, so won't be so fast. they usually complete the bigger units to receive more payment from them.

Well, the 4th University is built at the same place. The partener is changed from Austrilia to America. So for property investment, it doesn't matter. Singapore goverment will just get some other University to fill that place.

    Thanks,
    Richard

so will the potential renters be students ? or lecturers ?

if it is students i think rental demand will not be great ..

if it is lecturers ..how many ? 30 lecturers ?

i am not sure which group is Tanumy targeting

Well, everyone thinks if you are near University, u can rent to either students or lecturers. But funny enough a lot of Professionals want to stay near Universities. Maybe they miss the good days in campus. There are bank operations in EXPO area, and a lot of international logistic companies there. Mid managers need to rent, so renting is not a problem in that area.

    Thanks,
    Richard

Why two years and holding power?

Why don't buy two year later with no holding power?
