    Default Walking distance

Went for lunch at Eastpoint today and thought of walking to DBR.

Start from pedestrian crossing ( near 7-11) @ Simei MRT , it was a less than 4 minutes slow walk...

    Modena 0.5min
    Tropica spring 2 min
    DBR 4 min

Managed to finish reading the 52 pages. Many thanks to all who have contributed to the thread with their insights. I am intending to get one unit for stay (couple) and have shortlisted Dbr or tropical spring.

I shortlisted DBR and ts because of its distance to MRT and amenities around.
However because i havent been to the showroom, i am not able to find out how the interior looks like. Would appreciate if someone can direct me to anywhere with photos taken at the showroom.

Is there also any agent or specialist to recommend for dbr or ts?

Silly tanumy.. the more you post, the clearer it becomes and staying silent wont help.

I agree! Of course some may say I am prejudiced seeing my handle ha ha. I was comparing DB with TS too, and TS was my choice. DB is still a nice place no doubt.

surely this wld not affect ur decision to buy DB?
I stay near double bay (abt 5 mins drive away).
If u leave by 710 am and use ECP to go city, u probably cld make it w/o paying erp at the fort rd gantry (which starts at 730). CBD gantries start at 8 am.

Of cos depends on road condition and how fast u drive. I drive bt 90-100 km/h on ECP where traffic condition allows.

yes we did received offers too. offer was 860-880psf.

i dun think i will sell even if it's 1000psf. you cant get a cheaper place that faces the pool and next to mrt.

definitely when the new project launch, it will hit pass 1000psf mark.

Really? 860-880 psf? Please pm me the agent's contact.

I will definitely sell if it is 1000 psf. Then I can go buy another new one.
