    I am back. Was out for short vacation. Buy DBR for high rental yield.

    just answering my own question, the average psf in Mar09 was $662.....
    $661 isn't a new high......

    Well, if you look at Centris, at Jurong West, trending from launch price of $500 to $550 psf to today's $800-$900psf, then DBR and vicinity condo has much upside even if it's a shade below $1000psf.

    Are u talking about Simei Green (661psf) which was EC, or are u talking about DBR or a mixture of two? The highest subsale psf for studio is 981psf so far, 2br is 806psf and it could go higher when tender result for new plot of GLS at Simei is known.

    What are the examples of high end mass market?! Price psf is high does not mean it is high end.

    You are not comparing apple to apple. You are comparing DBR to SG, which is an EC.

    I paid close (actually lower than) to launch price for a DBR 3-rm unit. I was just made an offer for a sub-sale by an agent for $750 psf. No upside potential? Do not forget $661 for SG is considered a new high for this >10 yr old EC.

    When the rest of the facilities and amenities are ready near to 2012/3, then you tell us if DBR has no upside potential.

    i think u better learn to read. i was comparing dbr's psf when it was launched last year in mar09 and this year in feb10.
