    Great tip!

Actually there's really nothing much we can do. Just at the mercy of the developer. ZZzz

Did anyone receive a call claiming that they do bulk renovation for AS owners at a discount? If so who are they and how do I contact them?

The contractor meant he's like the 'official' guy 'specialized' in renovating units at AS. And because he do for the majority of the units there, there is a so called discount. Think that's what he meant. Not keen in engaging such kind of renovators but curious to see how much they will be quoting.

Cuz they were using the showroom as the developers base for all their touching up of the project. So if the base is now being torn down means.....

High time they finish!! I cant imagine the kind of delays other new developments are likely to face in times to come if the labor supply tightening is not eased. Surely, most new projects will face similar if not more delays in completion.

Hopefully before Vesak day - collection is at the #45 floor it seems. Need to make 25% payment plus 6 months maintenance fee ($366 per month for a 3 bedded)

    Great News. Good Luck.

If the bank has to release the 25%, how will it work?

I was told maintenance fees was about $350 for a 4-br. Seems on the higher side, no?

Im assuming you took a loan hence the developers lawyers will liaise with your lawyers to inform the bank to release the next 25%

4 bedder should be higher given that mine is a 3 bedder which currently works out to be $366 per month.

Fee wise i think it is "ok" given that currently I'm paying about $340 at my current place (12yr old condo)

Good on you! Wonder how long they gonna release all the keys. Not sure if outside people can go in now or not. Would love to see the view.

Area still cordoned off. The show flat seems intact. Reports of it being torn down are inaccurate. Saw for myself on Saturday.

Just say you are an agent to view a unit <your unit number>

Anyway I managed to squeeze an appointment to collect keys next Thursday - seems that they have only 5 slots per day Monday to Saturday.

So that's 30 units per week. We have 373 units so it will be over a span of 12 weeks= 3 freaking months???
