    Is there any chance that a developer appeal to change its use?
    Given the location next to the MRT and residential catchment area, really wasted not to have a commercial element for this plot.

    hmm. so the piece of land opposite ASKY is now gonna be residential mixed (shops and condos)..

    is this good or bad for price of existing units around that area?
