Received my keys yesterday. Took some time to admire the view, simply priceless! !
Furnishings are superb and of certain standards.

Ps. There are planter areas at the bedrooms, measuring 1 feet by 7 feet but 3 feet deep - impossible to put plants. Let me know of ideas for that.

The planter area starts from floor area but accessible only from window level. Not too sure how to post the pics..

Yes, osprey. Very small. The bay windows measure 53-56 cm by 300cm, and the walking area of the rooms are 203-220cm by 300cm.

Small flowering plants could be planted. A visit to a garden nursery is in order followed by some research on botany....

    1. You can do wooden decking to maximize the space.
    2. Don't think can, only the cloth type is allowed - do check with the MA on your key collection day.

Yes, bimbotic question but is it dangerous? Other condos have shelters particularly for non-charcoal bbq areas.

The thin cane straw ones could do, I suppose. But better to confirm with MA before committing.

Just did defects inspection. Update for Xarain - developer say hollow floor strips can be "injected".

Told by someone that most defects are in the sliding doors & windows. Make sure you open & close(lock/unlock) all your doors & windows (both halves) to ensure proper working order. My balcony door won't lock.
