    Yup. Decent rental.

Should be pretty much the same as metropolitan condo. 4 to 5k for a 2 bedroom.

Heard from developer that key handover not until mid-April. Dont know what's delaying things here.

Not surprising ... I just got the letter to pay another 5% due to carpark completion so still quite a way to go

wanted to take a look at this but scared with the expected interest rate hike
spoke to buddy yesterday by 2016 interest rate SIBOR will jump 6x

installment amount will increase...no wonder gahmen keep putting CMs

    car loan okay fixed upfront
but house die....so many years to pay installment

anyone can confirm interest rate going up in next few years
    now interest rate low....

Interest rate confirm going up in future. Experts and analyst have been saying this since 2010.

When? By how much? It is anyone's guess. U cannot even trust words from FED Ben. It is all subject to change.

Heard from developer it's about mid April though I'm highly skeptical about it.

I was informed by developer that it is going to be at least end April before they handover keys to anyone.

They don't seem to be in a hurry to launch - the gondolas are still there since chinese new year.

Mine is also 2-bedder, north facing. As the developer issues the keys by batches, who usually gets the keys first? By stacks or by levels?

Neither. I believe the release based on the readiness of the individual units.

In that case, maybe the smaller the units, the ready-ness would be earlier.

The place looks ready but if u go nearer it's still quite messy and looks like a number of touch up to do still on the exterior. Who knows what's going on in the inside of the units!

Latest update is that developer is pushing contractor for early May, but it could be mid-May or even end-May for actual handover. The contractor is taking an awfully long time to finish and handover. Looks like developer also getting more anxious to handover and collect payment.
